A German-car specialist in Dubai had bought a garage system on the strength of a sales pitch.
It cost too much. Support never came. The team kept using it because they had paid for it, and it made nobody's job easier.
We started by helping them out of that. Kosta is what came of it, shaped on their floor around how their front desk, technicians and owner actually work. It runs their garage today.
