Most of us dreamt of traveling to the future to see and know what’s going on there, but what if the future is back here for you to experience the most terrific and fabulous future trips to have fun, know and get the knowledge of the new technology and the mix and match of present and future.

The Museum of the Future welcomes all visitors of all ages to experience our shared future. Take a journey through possible futures and bring hope and knowledge back to the present. Museum of the Future is a place to experience what could be. Visitors are invited to explore immersive future environments designed to stimulate their senses and expand their minds. We aim to inspire every person who walks through our doors to become engaged and active participants in creating a better future.

  • Museum of the Future tickets is allocated to specific time slots.
  • All ticket purchases will be sent via email.
  • If you have not received your tickets, please ensure you check your junk or spam filters.
  • If still not received, please contact our customer service team.

How to Use

 Please show the voucher you received combined with your AE ID at the entrance.

Children under the age of 3 are free.
Tickets are non-refundable; however, if the guest misses the time slot, we will allow them in on the same date, at the next available time slot (subject to availability).

The Museum of the Future is directly adjacent to Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Booking Policy

Booking and Payment Procedure

  • Bookings will be accepted through our website booking form
  • Payments can be made through our online payment system
  • Additional 5% VAT will be charged while booking the tour
  • Suitable for all age groups

Child Policy

  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children between ages 3 to 11.99 will be considered as child and charged child rate.

Cancellation Policy

  • Museum of the future Tickets once booked cannot be refunded by Kosta Tourism

Insurance Coverage

  • For any incidents happening in 3 party venues booked via Kosta, the individual rules of these 3rd parties apply for any claims & indemnity. For more details please check the individual terms and policies of these 3rd party venue Museum of Future
  • We would highly recommend that all tourists have individual travel insurance.
  • For transfers, our vehicles are booked as per UAE government’s directions regarding vehicular insurance

  • Summer: Light comfortable clothing is recommended
  • Winter: Warm layered clothing is recommended

One Adult ticket must be selected when purchasing a Child or Infant ticket
