Booking and Payment Procedure:

• Bookings will be accepted through our website booking form
• Pick up/ drop off and water would be provided on the tours
• Payments can be made through our online payment system
• Suitable for all age groups

Terms and Conditions:

• For Sharing Tours Pick up timings can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes depends on your location and traffic conditions.
• Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, we have mentioned this information in the important notes so please ensure that you read the important information, Kosta Tourism will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• Kosta Tourism reserves the rights to charge 100% No Show charges if a guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
• We shall be entitled to cancel, alter or omit any part of any Activity for which a booking has been made with or without notice to you and at our sole discretion. In particular, due to the nature of many of the Activities, delays and cancellations may result due to factors beyond our or our suppliers’ control, such as the weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions and other events of force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion and/or the discretion of the supplier of the Activity concerned.
• If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then Kosta Tourism will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
• Taking care of our guests is our utmost priority. Please notify us if you’ve any illness or food allergy at the time of the tour. Well, serve you accordingly.
• If you are suffering from any chronic back pain, neck injury or recently undergone a surgery, we suggest you to kindly consult the doctor before you go ahead for desert safari tour as it includes the bumpy drives over the dunes.

Seating policy:

• We reserve the rights on allocation of seating as per the availability.
• All tours are operated on a SIC / Sharing basis unless requested and confirmed otherwise.

Cancellation Policy:

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

• In case Tours cancelled Before 48 Hours No cancellation charge 
• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled Between 48 Hours to 24 Hours 50 % charges will be applicable
• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled within 24 Hours or Day of service or after 100 % charges will be applicable
• All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
• The refund amount will be returned in 07 days (Bank cards up-to 15 days)

Insurance Policy:

• For any incidents happening in 3 party venues booked via Kosta, their rules apply for any claims & indemnity. For more details please check the individual terms and policies of these 3 party venues
• We would highly recommend that all tourist have individual travel insurance.
• For city tours & transfers, our vehicles are booked as per UAE government’s directions regarding vehicular insurance

Dress Code:

• Summer: Light comfortable clothing is recommended
• Winter: Warm layered clothing is recommended
• Respectful clothing is recommended

Potential Risks & Hazards:

You understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain of the Activities. You take responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in the particular Activity. You agree to comply with the instructions in English of any personnel providing the Activity (“Leader”). If in the opinion of that Leader, your behaviour or physical condition is detrimental to the safety, welfare and well-being of the group as a whole, or if the Leader considers that your general well-being will be put at risk by continuing with the Activity, you may be asked not to participate in the activity without the right to any refund of the price.

In particular, some of the Activities are potentially hazardous. Kosta Tourism LLC and its suppliers will use all their experience and, where necessary, the experience and assistance of local guides and other experts, to minimize the risk to you. Nevertheless, if you are participating in activities that are potentially hazardous or against the Leader’s recommendation you may be required to read, understand and sign an indemnity and waiver form in English before participating in those activities.

Where we offer Activities provided by third parties or issue you with a voucher entitling you to a ticket for an event, we act only as agent for the operator of the Activity concerned or the organizers of that event. The terms and conditions of the operator of the Activity or organizer of the event will apply to you and any refund will be subject to those terms and conditions. We will, therefore, have no responsibility for the acts or omissions (including negligence) of those operators or organizers or their servants or agents, or any injury, damage or loss arising in connection with the provision of Activities by such operators or connection with the event or its organization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kosta Tourism LLC accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the Activities and/or in connection with your contract with us and/or the operator of any Activities. You are advised to have comprehensive travel and health insurance. All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the Activity.
