Passengers we are unable to accommodate:

• Pregnant Ladies
• Children less than 5 years of age.
• Passenger more than 75 years old.
• Serious Heart problem and any other medical conditions.
• Serious knee & backbone Surgery/problems.
• Anyone who had major surgery in the last 6months.
• Anyone who had a broken leg/arm in the last 6months.
• Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries.
• Phobia in height.

Disabilities covering:

• Mental health and emotional disabilities
• Physical disabilities covering impairments

Booking Process:

• Bookings can be made by Email: booking@kosta.ae
• Kindly send the following information and documents along with the booking:
• Copy of passport or any Govt. ID for each passenger (Mandatory)
• Guest name, age, weight, hotel name, Room Number and Mobile number
• Kosta Tourism will confirm the booking once we receive the email and the payment should be made 4 days before the balloon ride and send a copy of deposit/ transaction details as proof.
• Passengers with weight over 120 KG will be charged double.

Cancellation Policies:

For Non - group bookings:

• Before 96 hours prior to tour departure: No cancellation fee.
• Before 24 hours prior to tour departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• 24 hours or less prior to tour departure: 100% cancellation fee.

For Group bookings (more than 4 Pax in a single Booking)

• Before 10 days prior to tour departure: No Cancellation Fee.
• Before 7 days prior to tour departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• 7 days or less prior to tour departure: 100% cancellation fee.

Your booking will be auto-canceled if the payment not received within two days prior to the booking date.

Cancellation by Kosta Tourism:

• Canceling the flight due to the weather conditions and your passengers are unable to reschedule to fly on the next available date, you will be provided with a full refund within 14 – 15 days or the same amount can behold for the next booking.

Deposit Policy:

• In order to hold a confirmed space for more than 9 people guest will require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking. This is refundable subject to the cancellation policy above.
• For bookings requiring exclusive use or more than 20 passengers, prepayment of 50% of the final price will be required 3 weeks prior to the departure. Final numbers are required 72 hours prior to travel and will be invoiced on that basis.

Meeting points:

If the clients are coming by their own transportation the meeting point will be:

• The main Entrance Dubai Outlet Mall (Dubai - Al Ain Road) and no exceptions.

Services not included:

• Private transportation: On request from Al Maha, Jebel Ali, Bab Al Shams, Hatta & Sharjah AED 500 per Previa or similar up to 6 pax, AED 750 Microbus up to 12 pax.
• Private transportation: On request from Ajman/RAK/Fujairah/UAQ/Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi. AED 900 per Previa car or similar up to 6 pax, AED 950 Microbus up to 12 pax
• Video DVD flight shoot @ AED 250 per DVD (Download link will be sent).

Insurance Coverage:

• Park rules apply for accidents within the park. For more details refers to the Sindbad Balloons.
