To ensure safety and adherence to local regulations, please note the following:

• Smartphones and consumer cameras are welcome.
• Selfie sticks and tablets are not permitted onboard.
• Professional cameras and lenses of more than 400 mm are not permitted unless prior government approval has been obtained in advance.
• Smoking, food, and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.
• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations, or other operational or safety considerations.
• In the event of cancellation, customers will receive a notification call. If that is not possible, a full refund will be arranged or amended booking for an alternative date can be made.
• Each passenger is required to bring a photo ID for check-in purposes.
• Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
• Pregnant women: can only fly during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy, or upon own risk.
• People with limited mobility or physical handicaps: can only fly when accompanied by a paying adult that takes full responsibility for getting them to and from the helicopter. This includes walking/carrying to the helicopter, lifting them into and out of the helicopter, getting them settled and comfortable.
• Conditions of Carriage: Dubai Helicopter Services has the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe, may be hazardous or cause discomfort to the aircraft, crew or passengers.

Booking and Payment Procedure:

• Bookings will be accepted through our website booking form
• Payments can be made through our online payment system
• Additional 5% VAT will be charged while booking the tour
• Suitable for all age groups

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice, without any charges being applied to the client. Flights can be rescheduled as agreed, otherwise a refund will be issued.

Cancelation coming from the client:

Over 48 hours in advance - No charges applied

Less than 48 hours in advance - 50% of booked cost will be charged

Less than 24 hours in advance- 100% of booked cost will be charged Note: If re-scheduled, no cancellation fees will be charged.
