How do I pay for the tours booked?

We accept credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Also we have an option for payment via link. Upon confirmation you can make the booking and will you the payment link for making the payment via credit and debits. Full advance payment must be done for making any tours or attractions.

 

What is the cancellation policy & other terms & conditions?

Travelling To UAE

Is a visa required to enter the UAE?

GCC citizens such as Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia do not require a visa to visit the UAE. But citizens from the following countries including all the 28 EU member states are eligible for a free-of-charge visiting visa upon arrival at all the UAE airports or other points of entry. Countries such as Australia, Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Russia, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, United States of America, United Kingdom and the Vatican do require a visa which is valid for 30 days and is renewable once.

Citizens from other countries not mentioned above require a visa and a sponsor for their visa application.

Getting around UAE

What is the best time to travel Dubai?

You can visit Dubai throughout the year. But mostly tourists visit Dubai from September to April when climate is breezy and salubrious.

 

What is the currency of UAE?

The local currency of UAE is AED (Dirham). With a number of money exchange counters available across the malls, and banks. You can easily exchange your currency, but it’s recommended to exchange from your home country.

 

What is the time zone in Dubai?

It is GMT/UTC +4 hours.

 

How to get a mobile connection in Dubai?

It’s easy to obtain a mobile phone connection in Dubai. All you need to do is to submit a copy of your valid visa/passport to one of the nearest offices of Du or Etisalat in airport or any shopping mall.

 

What to experience must in Dubai?

You can easily visit to shopping mall and most of other landmark through Dubai metro or Buses and taxis. Dubai is one of the best and well integrated transportation systems managed by RTA. About Local Culture

What is the dress code in Dubai?

During summer months (April to September), loose, cotton clothing is recommended. On the other hand, for your winter trip to Dubai, you must-have a light jacket. In Dubai, the dress code is quite liberal; most normal clothing is tolerated provided it is modest and not too outrageous. However, With respect to the underlying values of modesty, it is best to remain covered from shoulder to at least below the knees.

If you are visiting Mosque, one is required to follow the recommended dress code. One should wear a modest, conservative, loose fitting clothing, long sleeves, long skirts and trousers. Women are required to wear the traditional dress (abaya) and headscarf (shayla) before entering the mosques.

 

Is it safe to visit Dubai and the other Emirates?

Dubai is one of the safest cities in the world. But make sure to obey the rules and regulation. UAE is a Muslim country, so religious sensitivities should be taken in consideration.

 

Are there any restrictions with regards to clicking photographs, especially the local/Emirati and Government establishments?

Photographing the government buildings and military installations should be avoided. And it is considered offensive to photograph Muslim women. However, it still depends upon the person whom you have photographed. It is always courteous to ask permission and if they refuse, don’t get offended.

 

Is alcohol consumption allowed in the UAE?

Alcohol consumption in the UAE is only permitted to certain designated areas, such as licensed restaurants and bars attached to the hotels. But one is still expected to behave properly when under the influence of alcohol.
